For over forty years, Sauro Tronconi has led seminars, lectures and research programmes devoted to memory, attention, consciousness and the transformation of experience.
From theory to experience
The work brings together philosophy, psychology, anthropology, semiotics, the history of religions and practices of presence. Ideas are brought into direct experience through observation, attention exercises, symbols, individual work and group discussion.
The public work centres on questions, observations and dialogue: how to recognise automatic patterns, sustain attention and connect experience, memory and responsibility. The historical development of the Self Method is documented in its dedicated archive.
